The trip began with Drew, Nick and I at mile marker 47 (of 70). At the begining of day 2, Dave, Carl and Chrity joined the hike.

Two things were accomplished on this hike, Drew and I found that we could do 10 miles in a day without too much trouble over mild terrain. I also learned that Carl didn't "appreciate my tone" while I was instructing Christy on the finer points of heat transfer (yeah...she only got her Ph.D. in Chemical Engeneering from a top school...good thing I was around).
